Three hundred and one days, according to the little day-counter gadget in the website's footer. It seems so far away from now, like 10 months of Christmas eves.

Still, it's nice to have the time to finesse details, to learn things that I'll want to be comfortable with then. To discover tours and unearth historical tidbits. And to lobby for kindred spirited adventurers to come along or meet us yonder for a week someplace, or just go for something we can share vicariously in.

So far without success. But there's time, 301 days of it.
