I'm a mid-70s retiree who, about twenty years ago, somehow became infected with a need for travel: to go fresh places that likely are freighted with fascinating history, culture, languages I don't fully understand. So every 18-24 months I do manage to find the funds to sally forth again, usually for a little over a month; this time it's 33 days. Thirty-three.
